I love your greens bed but I’ve never even heard of mache! Our daffodils are popping up along with the …….something. Not crocuses. I think. Pretty flowers? lol. Oh, and we get tulips! My Dad planted them years and years ago and they’re still coming up annually, along with the glads.

Love the hat! I think I have that in my favorites, because it seems like a good pattern for a men’s hat (meaning one a male would actually like). I wish we had gotten our lettuces in earlier, but maybe there’s still time. I just love fresh lettuce from the garden! Perhaps I will get the shears for DH. He is very into gardening and could use some more shears. Love your photos of flowers too!

Wow, lovely projects! I hear you on the “never again” yarn, but if it makes you feel better the scarf looks wonderful and coordinates perfectly with the jacket. What a great plan for your knitting this year! I have also been thinking about an actual plan for my knitting, so it’s inspiring to hear what other people are planning. You are showing some great restraint on using from your stash and I love how you matched up projects to yarn!

That thick & thin multi goes perfectly with your coat! And ain’t that the truth. I keep vowing never to buy multicolored yarn again, much less thick & thin.

My Tinder is now finished – just awaiting buttons and a good blocking. I love it and can’t wait to wear it. Yours looks lovely. Such a nice pattern — and a great, go-to, every-day design. Great projects (and. . . doesn’t it feel good to get rid of one that’s not quite working?).

I’ve done that Feather and Fan pattern out of Scarf Style at least twice so far. Yours may be a pain to knit but it will look beautiful with the coat.
